When I was 27 years old, following an amoebic infection and several rounds of antibiotic treatments, my health took a turn for the worse.
My intestine had been severely affected, and some very challenging years passed. I did not know what to do or how to continue. My medical doctor was perplexed, having exhausted numerous attempts to find a solution.

At the time, I couldn’t even remember what it was to be healthy. But, gradually over time, I recovered and never considered returning to my old dietary habits.
Today I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience with you on how to CURE the Body / Mind and how to come back into balance instead of treating only the symptoms.
My goal is to help people like you move forward towards your health sovereignty and freedom.
How My Journey Began:
2016 - Started to offer Detox Retreats with Yoga / Meditation and Breathwork in Guatemala.
2018 / 2019 - Deepening the studies of Detoxification with Dr. Morse, Florida.
2020 - Lead a 3-Weeks Yoga Detox Retreat inspired by Johanna Brandts 1920 epic book "The Grape Cure" in Tequisquiapan, México
2021 - First ONLINE Detox Retreat with citrus fruit only.
- First Detoxweek online with more than 50 Participants.
- In person Detox Retreat, Mompiche, Ecuador.
2022 - Second edition of the Detoxweek,
- introduction of the 40 Day Detox Program.
